Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book meetings to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You'll use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outreach at volume while maintaining high quality in every touchpoint. Remote work from SA is supported.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
