Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, helping to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will work with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to meet volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality. This is a remote, full-time role across South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable managing pipeline in Salesforce.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Research and source ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
