You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce, with a focus on quality over volume and reaching ambitious pipeline

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role in an agency or SaaS.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting.
