Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls for Account Executives, while representing Blacksmith to potential clients.

You'll use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records, and continuously improve targeting with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
