Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while ensuring each touchpoint remains high quality in a thoughtful outreach approach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or equivalent experience in SaaS or agency environments.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and engage senior decision makers.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and maintaining clean CRM data.
• Strong written communication and persistence in following up.
• Experience building target lists and researching ICPs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
