Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, making the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outbound outreach using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality interactions.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
