Blacksmith Agency is seeking enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives to join our team across South Africa. As an SDR, you will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, forming the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to drive outbound outreach, hit volume goals, and maintain high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably in an agency or SaaS.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Grit, curiosity, and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
