Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients and work with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar position.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalise outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts and ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimise targeting with the sales team
