Blacksmith Agency is seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives to open doors and build pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Qualificações

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar experience.
• Ability to write clearly and personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Experience using Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
