Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone to create first impressions of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This full-time remote position requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR capacity, strong written communication, and familiarity with Sales

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
