Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients and drive pipeline with thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce.

Qualificações

• 2 years in SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
