Blacksmith Agency LLC in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will source accounts, identify decision makers, craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, and book discovery calls for Account Executives while maintaining Salesforce

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
