Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. Qualifications

2 years in an SDR/BDR role with agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to craft personalized outbound outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts across SA.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
