Placements24 seeks a Remote Quality Assurance Inspector specialized in sanitation to join our virtual operations team. You will analyze submitted data, photographs, and video walkthroughs to ensure adherence to health and hygiene standards across client sites.

This role demands meticulous review, strong sanitation knowledge, and the ability to provide clear feedback to site managers while working independently in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, inspection, or a quality control role with focus on sanitation
• Strong understanding of sanitation principles, cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools for document review, data analysis, and remote collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication for providing clear feedback
• Ability to work independently with a high volume of remote inspections

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze submitted sanitation reports, photographic evidence, and video documentation from client locations
• Conduct virtual inspections and quality checks to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Identify non-compliance issues, risks, and areas needing corrective action with precise documentation
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations to site managers and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and follow-up actions in QA system
• Stay updated on evolving sanitation regulations and QA methodologies
