Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Sanitation Team Member to remotely support sanitation operations across its diverse portfolio. This role coordinates with on-site teams, monitors performance, and helps troubleshoot sanitation challenges from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation, cleaning services, or facilities management is required.
• Familiarity with hygiene best practices and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with digital tools for communication, task management, and data tracking.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in sanitation standards in the Upington area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site cleaning and sanitation staff.
• Monitor sanitation performance metrics and identify areas needing improvement.
• Assist in the development and refinement of sanitation procedures and training materials.
• Respond to and help resolve sanitation-related inquiries or issues via digital communication channels.
