Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience beneficial.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and managing a pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
