As Call Centre Agent at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a remote role that leverages LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint

Qualifikationen

• Candidates should demonstrate strong written communication skills and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Ability to manage and nurture a sales pipeline from prospecting to discovery calls.
• Gritty, coachable and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
