Qualifications

• Experience administering a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Confident building workflows, lists and dashboards.
• Strong data hygiene habits including deduplication and validation.
• Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for imports and audits.
• Able to explain CRM processes clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality, deduplication and segmentation.
• Build and maintain lists, workflows and automated sequences.
• Create dashboards and reports for sales and marketing.
• Support user setup, permissions and training.
• Manage integrations between the CRM and other systems.
• Document CRM processes and keep them current.
