Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role or similar
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus
• Ability to personalize outreach and write effectively
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM
• Comfort with managing own pipeline

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists
• Craft and execute outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
