Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR at Blacksmith, you will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, sourcing contacts and booking meetings with decision makers.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality interactions with potential clients.

Qualificações

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
