Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Route Planner and Dispatcher to optimize routes and schedules across territories. This fully remote role focuses on maximizing efficiency, reducing transit times, and lowering fuel costs while communicating clear instructions to drivers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in routing, experience with RouteXL/OptimoRoute/Circuit, and strong analytical and independent-working skills for a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in route planning/dispatching or similar logistics role.
• Experience with route optimization software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and independent work skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes considering distance, traffic, windows, and capacity.
• Use routing software to create cost-effective plans and assign to drivers.
• Monitor progress via GPS and provide real-time support and adjustments.
• Resolve delivery issues, analyze performance, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Maintain records of routes, times, and driver performance; ensure safety compliance.
