Requirements

• Proven experience in route planning and optimization, logistics, or transportation management.
• Strong proficiency with specialized route optimization software (e.g., Route4Me, Descartes, Trimble).
• Experience with GIS software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into practical routing solutions.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, fleet management, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Geography, Operations Research, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the road network and delivery challenges in Mahikeng, North West is advantageous.
