The Recruiter is seeking a detail‑oriented Reputation Analyst for a remote, part‑time role (~20 hours/week). You will track online results, classify sentiment, and help validate software that automates judgments, reporting findings to the development team.

Responsibilities include auditing SERP outputs, flagging discrepancies, and maintaining client trackers with timely, auditable data. Strong communication and QA/data‑validation experience are prized.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reputation reporting with sentiment and trends.
• Comfort running manual searches and using AI assistants.
• Proficient in spreadsheets with structured data.
• Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
• QA, software testing, or data-validation experience.
• Background in reputation management, PR or communications, trust & safety, content moderation, or search/SEO.
• Familiarity with how search results, personalization, and ranking work.
• Relentless attention to detail.
• Strong judgment about sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Validate software output against manual search captures and sentiment classifications.
• Compare software's SERP output against manual results, quantify agreement and document discrepancies.
• Classify sentiment of each result URL by hand and identify disagreements with the software.
• Analyze root causes of disagreements and determine materiality for quality reporting.
• Act as a liaison between fulfillment and development teams, translating reporting needs into criteria.
• Update client reputation trackers, flag movements, and deliver verified reporting data.
• Classify client search results with consistent judgment about reputation impact.
• Conduct initial search audits for new clients and set up trackers.
• Assess how AI assistants describe clients and measure month-over-month changes.
