Placements24 is seeking a Remote Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning to drive cutting-edge RL projects from a remote setup. You will design, implement, and optimize RL algorithms for complex decision-making tasks across multiple domains while collaborating with a global team of researchers and engineers.

The role demands a strong theoretical foundation in RL and hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics or related quantitative field focusing on reinforcement learning.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience developing and implementing RL algorithms.
• Strong theoretical understanding of RL concepts (Q-learning, Policy Gradients, Deep RL).
• Proficiency in Python and ML/RL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Stable Baselines).
• Experience with simulation environments like OpenAI Gym, MuJoCo is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms and agents.
• Train and evaluate RL models using simulations and real-world data.
