Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SalesLoft and Apollo to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• SaaS or agency experience a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ICP-based accounts.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
