You will analyze market trends, assess investment potential, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, leveraging R, Python, and Excel to interpret complex data and present clear findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate market analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software (R, Python), and MS Excel.
• Excellent research, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
