Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Real Estate Data Analyst to join a fully remote team supporting operations across South Africa, including Klerksdorp. You will collect, analyze, and interpret real estate data to identify market trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

You will build dashboards, perform statistical analyses, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and investment teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets related to property listings, sales, and market performance.
