Placements24 is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join the team in a fully remote capacity. The role centers on evaluating investment opportunities, building financial models, and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior management in the Centurion real estate market.

You will conduct market research, assess risks, and support acquisitions with due diligence and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of real estate investment analysis or related analytical experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
• Solid understanding of real estate finance, capital markets, and investment principles.
• Ability to interpret complex data, draw sound conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience with Argus or similar property analysis software is a plus for this remote position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis of potential real estate investments, including cash flow projections and ROI calculations.
• Perform comprehensive market research on property types, locations, and economic conditions relevant to Centurion and broader markets.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for deal evaluation, sensitivity analysis, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Assess and quantify risks associated with investment opportunities, providing clear summaries to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with acquisitions teams to identify and underwrite new deals, supporting due diligence processes.
• Prepare insightful investment reports and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
