Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Investment Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will identify lucrative opportunities across markets, perform market research and detailed financial modeling to support strategic investment decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Real Estate (Master’s preferred) and proven experience in investment analysis, modeling, and due diligence. Strong communication and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence.
Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and valuation methods.
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and real estate databases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial information.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
Perform detailed financial modeling, including ROI analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity testing.
Execute thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including legal, financial, and physical property assessments.
Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
Monitor existing investment portfolio performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate transactions.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Source off-market deals and build a robust pipeline of investment opportunities.
