Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate investment strategy, research, or portfolio management.
• Proven expertise in macroeconomic analysis, real estate market dynamics, and investment theory.
• Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling skills, with a strong command of statistical software.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate complex data into actionable investment recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
• Strong understanding of global real estate markets, with a focus on emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the firm's overarching real estate investment strategy across property sectors.
