Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Investment Associate to join our remote investment team. You will source, analyze and execute opportunities across asset classes, perform due diligence, financial modeling, and market research to support recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and proficiency with investment analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Develop detailed financial models to assess investment viability, including pro forma statements and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct extensive market research and due diligence on properties, markets, and counterparties.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of real estate transactions.
• Prepare investment committee memos and presentations to recommend investment strategies.
