You will identify, evaluate, and recommend lucrative real estate opportunities globally, conducting in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to support decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related quantitative field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or corporate finance.
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and data analysis tools.
Excellent understanding of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and investment principles.

Responsibilities
