Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Real Estate Investment Associate to join their fully remote investment team. You will identify, evaluate, and execute real estate opportunities across markets, conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support strategic decisions.

You will build detailed financial models, perform DCF analyses, and prepare memorandums for the investment committee, while monitoring portfolio performance and sourcing new deal flow in a data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related quantitative field.
1–3 years of real estate investment or related analytical experience.
Strong financial modeling and Excel; Argus experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of real estate market dynamics.
Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including market conditions and financial returns.
Develop detailed financial models, including DCF analyses and pro forma statements.
Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including site visits when feasible remotely.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for investment committee.
Monitor portfolio assets and provide performance analysis and recommendations.
Identify and cultivate relationships with brokers, developers, and industry professionals to source deals.
