Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment, financial advisory, or asset management.
• Strong property valuation, market analysis and investment principles.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional virtual communication and client relationship abilities.
