Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, CS, Econ, Physics).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantitative Analyst in finance.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or R with NumPy/SciPy/Pandas.
• Statistical modeling, time series analysis, ML, and numerical methods.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, derivatives pricing, risk management, and portfolio theory.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement quantitative trading models and strategies.
• Build and maintain pricing and risk models for financial instruments.
• Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, patterns, and trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to refine models and strategies based on market feedback.
• Develop algorithms for trade execution, portfolio optimization, and risk control.
• Perform statistical analysis and back-testing of model performance.
• Ensure the accuracy, robustness, and efficiency of quantitative models.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in quantitative finance, machine learning, and econometrics.
• Document methodologies, model specifications, and results clearly.
