Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality control within manufacturing.
• Experience supervising a QC team.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the quality control team in inspections and tests of materials and finished goods.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate remotely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct regular audits of quality control processes and systems.
• Train and mentor quality control personnel.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for management review.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of QC equipment.
