You will manage engagement with government bodies, policymakers, and communities to shape advocacy and public policy discussions. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and 6+ years in public affairs, with strong policy insight, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in public affairs, government relations, lobbying, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing public affairs strategies.
• Deep understanding of governmental processes and public policy issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency in research and data analysis.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement public affairs strategies to support the company's objectives and public policy goals.
• Monitor government activities, legislative proposals, and regulatory changes relevant to the industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, industry associations, and community leaders.
• Prepare position papers, policy briefs, and advocacy materials for stakeholders.
• Represent the company in relevant forums, meetings, and industry events (virtually or in-person as needed).
• Analyze the impact of public policies on the company and recommend appropriate responses.
• Advise senior management on public affairs issues and potential risks or opportunities.
• Coordinate with the PR and Communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging.
• Manage grassroots advocacy campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of public affairs activities.
