Job summary

The OE Agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our remote team from South Africa. This full-time, work-from-home role supports a portfolio across Australia, serving tenants and owners while coordinating operations from a distance.

You will handle maintenance scheduling, rent collection, account reconciliation, and reference checks, building strong relationships with owners and tenants. The role requires organisation and time-zone awareness to overlap Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or a similar tenant and owner facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable handling financial tasks such as rent collection and account reconciliation.
• Experience conducting tenant reference checks.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
• Able to commit to full-time hours that overlap with Australian business hours (WA time).

Responsibilities

• Booking and coordinating maintenance appointments.
• Liaising with tenants on day-to-day queries and issues.
• Reconciling accounts accurately and on time.
• Conducting reference checks on prospective tenants.
