Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Operations Manager to coordinate multiple projects for globally distributed teams. You will lead planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or related field is required.
PMP certification is a plus and preferred.
Minimum 6 years in project/ops management, strong remote team experience.
Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across departments.
Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and scope in a remote environment.
Develop and maintain project documentation: plans, status reports, risk assessments.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
