Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with e-commerce focus.

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing online retail innovator, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Project Manager to lead the development and enhancement of their e-commerce platforms. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of various e-commerce projects, from initial concept and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and web development processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and operations staff to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment. The projects will focus on improving customer journeys, optimizing conversion rates, and expanding our client's online presence, ultimately contributing to significant business growth.
