Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Programme Evaluator and Impact Analyst for a globally active humanitarian organization. You will design evaluation frameworks, collect and analyse data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve programme delivery and outcomes.

The role requires strong quantitative and qualitative skills, experience with mixed-methods research, and comfort working independently from any location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant social science field.
• 5+ years in programme evaluation, impact assessment and data analysis.
• Experience with mixed-methods research and remote data collection.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust evaluation methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Collect and analyse data from diverse programme activities and locations.
• Assess impact against stated objectives and outcomes.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and impact tracking across programmes.
• Collaborate with programme managers and field teams on data quality and ethics.
• Present evaluation findings to senior management and staff.
