Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in SCM/OPM or related field.
• Proven experience in production planning in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and production planning software.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory levels.
• Manage MRP to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand demand fluctuations and plan accordingly.
• Work closely with production floor supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and address any production constraints.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding production status, potential delays, and solutions.
