Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Production Planner to optimize manufacturing schedules and resource allocation. In this fully remote role, you will develop detailed production plans that drive timely delivery and cost efficiency, collaborating with production managers and supply chain teams.

You will leverage ERP/MRP systems and planning software, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, to balance demand with capacity in a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
3–5 years of production planning or scheduling experience.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules from forecasts and resources.
Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing and logistics for material flow.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to handle disruptions.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Collaborate with sales and customer service to meet order demands.
Utilise planning software and ERP systems to optimise processes.
