Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency with production monitoring software and data analysis techniques.
• Solid understanding of artificial lift systems, wellhead equipment, and surface facilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, essential for effective remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production operations, analyze performance data, and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase production rates, improve recovery factors, and reduce operating costs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, such as artificial lift problems, wellbore plugging, and facility upsets.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers to forecast production and ensure alignment with field development plans.
• Prepare technical reports, operational reviews, and recommendations for management.
