Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in production chemistry, Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• Strong oilfield chemistry knowledge: corrosion, scale inhibition, demulsification.
• Proficiency with analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
• Experience with production chemistry software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production fluids to determine composition and identify issues.
• Develop and implement chemical treatment programs for production facilities.
• Monitor effectiveness of chemical treatments and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot corrosion, scaling, and paraffin issues in production chemistry.
• Conduct lab analyses and interpret results to guide recommendations.
• Provide remote technical support to field operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and chemical safety standards.
• Evaluate new chemical products and technologies for production enhancement.
• Maintain records of chemical usage, analyses, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations staff to optimize processes.
