Psybergate is seeking a Markets technology specialist to provide production support for trading systems across business units in the Markets environment. You will ensure stability, performance and robust functionality of trading systems while resolving issues related to accounting and P&L.

You will analyse processes, gather requirements, translate them into practical tech solutions, and collaborate with multiple internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in CS, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience supporting trading systems.
• Understanding of the financial markets value chain (Trading, Treasury, Sales, Operations, Finance).
• Knowledge of Money Markets and FX products.
• Understanding of time value of money, cash flow discounting and curve valuation.

Responsabilités

• Provide production support to trading and business teams.
• Ensure stability, performance and proper functioning of trading systems.
• Investigate and resolve system issues including accounting and P&L issues.
• Monitor and optimise trading systems; identify performance improvements.
• Analyse business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Gather and validate requirements for changes to trading systems.
• Translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Support business continuity with robust technology solutions.
• Document processes, procedures and policies.
• Develop and maintain incident-recovery procedures.
