You will report to the CTO and mentor senior engineers, shaping architecture and execution in a fast-moving, privacy-focused environment with distributed teams and remote-first collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineers delivering consumer-facing features.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate roadmap into viable initiatives.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React for frontend and API design considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead API and frontend engineering teams daily, removing blockers and ensuring delivery momentum.
• Maintain high engineering standards for performance, reliability, and clean API design.
• Own technical design of product features and API boundaries between core and frontend.
