Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, with a focus on telecommunications systems.
• Experience leading development teams and managing software projects.
• Expertise in Java, Python, C++, or Go; strong Cloud-native experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex telecom software systems.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
• Architect scalable, high-performance solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers to define software requirements and roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex defects and performance issues in production.
