Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Proven ability to manage procurement processes, negotiate terms, and build supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including needs assessment, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Process purchase requisitions and orders accurately and efficiently through the procurement system.
Monitor supplier performance and proactively address issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate virtually with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide timely support.
