Qualifications

• Excellent written English for procurement docs.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design expert-level procurement tasks including RFP drafting and bid evaluation.
• Create and format procurement artifacts (quotations, specs, pricing tables).
• Define defensible sourcing recommendations with clear justifications.
• Develop grading rubrics for AI grading agents assessing vendor comparison and bids.
• Ensure procurement tasks reflect complex challenges across IT, industrial, or professional services.
• Communicate procurement challenges and evaluation standards clearly in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with project team to review and validate tasks and rubrics.
